Demolition contractors
The confined or sensitive sections of a larger strip-out or demolition, subcontracted to us while your crew runs the rest.
Wet hire for builders, demolition contractors and civil crews: the machine, the attachments, a ticketed operator and dust suppression, priced by the day or by the job. Bring us the tight section of your program and keep the rest.
Most demolition contractors and builders don’t need a demolition robot every week. They need one for the basement, the lift pit or the plant room on this job, for a few days, with someone who knows how to drive it. That’s what our wet hire is: a remote-controlled demolition robot with an experienced, ticketed operator, delivered to site and working within your program and your site rules.
We turn up with the machine, the breaker, crusher and shear attachments, water-mist dust suppression and the leads and generator if the site needs them. You supply the site, the induction and the waste route. You get the productivity of a small excavator in a space where none will fit, and your own crew stays off the jackhammers.
Every job is different, but these are the ones we’re called in for most.

Stair voids, penetrations, slab removal and basement works on commercial refurbishments and new-build tie-ins.
Bridge, culvert and tunnel breakouts, often in short possessions where the robot is the only thing that gets it done in time.
Shutdown refractory and concrete work where a plant needs a specialist crew for a week or two a year.
Removal of deteriorated concrete on structures ahead of your remediation scope.
Supplementing your fleet with a specialist machine and operator for jobs your customers ask about.
Priced before we mobilise, planned before we break, cleaned up before we leave.
Send drawings or photos. We confirm access, structure, services and the right machine, and give you a price.
Site walk, engineering check where needed, SWMS, exclusion zones, dust and noise plan, waste route.
Robot arrives on a small truck, walks in under its own power, and gets to work with the operator at a safe distance.
Debris crushed and removed, dust suppressed, area cleaned and handed back on program.
We supply our machines with our own operators. A demolition robot is only as productive and safe as the person on the remote, and our operators know the machines, the attachments and the setups. It also means we carry the responsibility for the machine on your site.
The machine, the attachments you need for the job, the operator, water-mist dust suppression, standard leads and consumables. Mobilisation is quoted separately and depends on the site location. Waste removal can be included or left to your contractor.
Site induction, an access route we’ve agreed on the site walk, three-phase power or space for our generator, water for dust suppression, and a place to put the rubble. We handle the exclusion zone and the machine’s SWMS.
For south-east Queensland we can often mobilise within the week. For regional Queensland and interstate, or for multi-week shutdowns, a few weeks’ notice lets us lock in the machine and operators.
We cover Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich & Logan, Toowoomba & Darling Downs, Regional QLD & mining and travel across Queensland and interstate for the right job.
Slabs, walls, columns, beams, footings and lift pits. Breaker, crusher or shear matched to the concrete and the site’s noise limits.
