Our demolition robots carry hydraulic breakers that out-hit a 5-tonne excavator, plus concrete crushers and steel shears for controlled, low-vibration removal. We match the attachment to the concrete strength, reinforcement and the noise and vibration limits of the site.
The machine drives through a standard door, rides a goods or passenger lift, climbs stairs and sets up on its outriggers in a space the size of a car park bay. Then it does in a day what a jackhammer crew does in a week — with nobody breathing the dust.
Bridge rehabilitation means working at height, over water or traffic, on structures that can't take heavy plant. Our robots are light enough to sit on a deck or a scaffold and precise enough to remove only the concrete the engineer has marked, leaving reinforcement intact for tie-in.
Shutdown windows are short and the environment is brutal — heat, dust, confined access, live plant around you. Remote operation takes the person out of the kiln and the robot's speed shrinks the outage. We work to your permit system and shutdown program.
New stair voids, lift shafts, atriums, service penetrations and structural modifications in buildings that are still in use. Low vibration, dust captured at source, and a machine that can be walked out at knock-off so the tenants never know we were there.
