Caloundra to Noosa

Robotic demolition on the Sunshine Coast

From the new Maroochydore city centre to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital precinct and the older beachside stock at Caloundra and Noosa, we bring remote-controlled demolition up the Bruce Highway from Brisbane.

Sunshine Coast

Growing region, tight sites

The Sunshine Coast is building fast, and a lot of that building involves modifying what’s already there: opening up older commercial buildings, upgrading plant rooms, cutting new voids in retail centres, and refurbishing apartment towers along the coast. Add a major hospital precinct that can’t shut down and a highway and rail program full of culverts and bridges, and there’s plenty of work for a machine that fits where an excavator won’t.

We mobilise from Brisbane, usually within the week. For multi-day jobs the machine and operator stay on the coast for the duration, and we plan night or weekend shifts where the building or the site requires it.

FAQ

Sunshine Coast: common questions

How far north do you travel?

Regularly to Noosa and Gympie, and further for the right job. See our regional Queensland page for mining and industrial work in Central and North Queensland.

Can you work in the Sunshine Coast hospital precinct?

Yes. We’re used to the induction, permit and infection-control requirements of live health facilities, and our electric machines with source-captured dust suit that environment.

Is mobilisation from Brisbane expensive?

It’s a line item on the quote, and for a job of a few days or more it’s a small proportion of the total. We’re transparent about it up front.
