Robotic demolition in Brisbane

We’re based in Brisbane, so this is where we mobilise fastest. CBD basements, Fortitude Valley and South Brisbane refurbishments, hospital and university works, port and industrial sites — all within a short drive of the yard.

Brisbane

Built for Brisbane’s tight sites

Brisbane’s commercial building stock is a robot’s natural habitat: 1960s to 1990s concrete-framed towers being refurbished for new tenants, basement car parks being reworked for end-of-trip facilities, hospital and university campuses that can never fully shut down, and heritage structures with strict vibration limits. Getting an excavator into any of them is a non-starter; a crew on jackhammers is slow and exposes people to the very concrete they’re removing.

Because we’re local, mobilisation is simple. For most Brisbane jobs we can walk the site, price it and be breaking within days. And for larger programs — multi-floor lift-shaft cuts, staged basement strip-outs, plant-room upgrades — we work night shifts and weekends so the building’s users barely notice we were there.

FAQ

Brisbane: common questions

How quickly can you get to a Brisbane site?

For most Brisbane jobs we can be on site for a walk-through within a day or two and mobilise the machine within the week, subject to availability. Urgent call-outs for stalled programs are common and we do our best to accommodate them.

Do you work in occupied Brisbane office towers?

Yes, regularly. Electric machines, dust captured at source and a crusher option for noise limits mean we can work in occupied buildings, usually outside business hours, with the machine tracked out at the end of each shift.

Can you get a robot into a CBD basement through the loading dock?

Almost always. Our machines fit through a standard doorway and ride goods lifts, and they track down car-park ramps under their own power. We confirm the route on the site walk.

Send us the drawings or a few photos and we’ll tell you straight whether a robot is the right call — and what it’ll cost.
